Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All garments are made to order, and production begins once an order is placed.
Standard production time is 12-20 business days, but may extend up to 30 days depending on the complexity of the design and handmade craftsmanship.
If additional time is required, customers will be notified promptly.
Rush or urgent orders can be requested by contacting us before placing an order.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping PAN India via India Post.
If you prefer a different shipping service, please inform us before placing an order. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. International Shipping

All shipments outside of India are arranged through services chosen by the customer.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
OCD is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or additional charges incurred during transit.
If a customer refuses to accept the shipment due to customs charges, they will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.

4. Shipping Timeline & Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

OCD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
In case of lost or delayed shipments, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If a package arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
