2. Made-to-Order Policy All garments are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our clothing, variations in color tone, fabric texture, pocket shapes, stitching, and artwork will occur. The garment you receive will not be an exact replica of the images shown on our website but will be a unique piece inspired by the original design, embracing individuality and creativity.

3. Ordering and Production

• Once an order is placed, production will begin immediately.
• Production typically takes 12-20 business days but may extend up to 30 days depending on design complexity and handmade craftsmanship.
• Customers will be notified in case of additional production time.

4. Shipping Policy

• Shipping will commence once the garment has been produced.
• Free shipping is available PAN India via India Post.
• Customers who prefer a different shipping service must inform us, and any associated costs will be their responsibility.
• International shipping is conducted through services chosen by the customer, with all costs (including customs, taxes, and duties) borne by the customer.
• OCD is not responsible for import duties, taxes, or any shipping delays due to customs procedures.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.

• We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays.
